RBMI organized its 14th Placement fair on 4th of May, 2019. This season saw a healthy mix of companies from different sectors such as FMCG, E-Commerce , Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals recruiting for their different functions like Technical, HR, Operations, sales and marketing etc . Companies offered pre-placement interviews to the students based on their outstanding performance. 45+ companies offered 290+ jobs at RBMI campus.
In this placement fair about 2500 students from Dehradun, Haldwani, Moradabad, Rampur, Saharanpur, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Lucknow, Banaras, Jaunpur etc. have participated. 290+ students got selected from these cities and majority of students got selected from Rakshpal Bahadur Group of Institutions.

At a time jobs are becoming scarce and pink slips the order of the day with the global meltdown, there is reason to cheer. Rakshpal Bahadur Group of Institutions organized its tenth consecutive Placement Fair, dated May 9, 2015. The main endeavor of Rakshpal Bahadur Management Institute, Bareilly is to get students placed in reputed national and multinational companies. Rakshpal Bahadur Management Institute assures logistic support to the visiting companies at every stage of the Placement process by making Institute infrastructure available to them. The Institute acts as an interface between the industry and the students, and primarily enables the students to select from their career options. The Institute facilitates the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement.
This year more than 2380 students had registered for the placement drive. In all representatives from 41 national and multinational companies recruited 450 candidates.
The selected candidates were form MBA, MCA, Engineering, and Pharmacy courses of Rakshpal Bahadur Group of Institutions. The Executive Chairperson Mrs. Veena Mathur, Managing Director Er. Navin Prasad Mathur and Director Dr. Neeraj Saxena wished the selected students for their bright career.
The recruiting companies included VMC, Addeco, Genpact, Haldiram, Technosys, HCL, Idea, IGL, Lobo Pharma, Lupin, Mission Research, Muthoot Group, Spectrum, Spice, Tata Capital, Adhay, Airtel, Appin Technologies, Aromatic, Assured Job, Teleperformance, Policy Bazar, Call to Connect, Camphor & Allied, Coca Cola, Cosmic, Delhivery, Emcure Pharma, Exide, UVIMAC, Varroc, Aurangabad Auto mobiles, Data Transmission, Vadilal, Vgaurd, Vodafone, Wockhardt Pharma, Alozan etc. Some companies interviewed the students in several rounds and their results were declared in the evening. The salary packages offered were up to 4.30 L per annum.
Students from Dehradun, Haridwar, Haldwani, Moradabad, Rampur, Saharanpur, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Lakhimpur-Khiri, Lucknow, Varanasi, Jaunpur and other small towns visited the Fair whereas the recruited students were jubilant at their success, while the others expressed satisfaction at the thought that they could at least identify their shortcomings after being interviewed. They resolved to eliminate their flaws, and to improve upon their performance.
The Institute authorities were delighted with the event. There has been overwhelming response from the students, who also felt encouraged after getting a good job. Students were happy with the opportunities offered to them in the Placement Fair.

The Rakshpal Bahadur Group of institutions today organized its ninth consecutive placement Fair, in which 2435 job seekers got themselves registered. In all representatives from 48 national and multinational companies recruited 355 candidates and many eminent schools of the city recruited 62 B.Ed. candidates.
Most of the selected candidates comprised of students of MBA, MCA, Engineering, Pharmacy and B.Ed courses of Rakshpal Bahadur Group. The executive chairperson Mrs. Veena Mathur, Managing Director Er. Students of RBMI group and other colleges got placement in different Multinational and National companies. FAIR Highlights: More than 50 companies from Delhi, NCR, Indore, Lucknow, Rudrapur, Chennai and Uttarakhand graced the occasion with their presence. In the fair, companies from almost all sectors like FMCG, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Automobile, Software Development, Insurance, BPO, KPO, Telecommunications, Electronics, Consultancy Services, etc joined hand in hand to select the students in different work areas as per their requirements. The selection process adopted was Group Discussion, Personal Interviews and Presentations to check technical know-how and competencies of the candidates. Students from Bareilly, Lucknow, Pune, Varanasi, Shahjahnpur, Mathura, Agra, Rampur, Moradabad, Badaun, Pilibhit etc participated in this event. The Placement Fair reflected the Social Responsibility of Rakshpal Bhadur Management Institution towards the Rohilkhand Region to provide an opportunity where all students could get a fair chance to participate and get a job. According to participating candidates this fair organized by RBMI provided them with varieties of companies to grab a job of their choice. Selected candidates were offered Salary Packages up to 4.80 lacs. Some of the candidates were lucky enough to bag multiple offers.
