Qualification

10+2 with Physics & Mathematics

Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science.

Minimum Marks

45% Aggregate (40% for SC/ST)

Minimum 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and third subject. SC/ST candidates eligible at 40% as per AKTU guidelines.

Entrance Exam

JEE Main / CUET UG / AKTU

Valid score in JEE Main, CUET UG, or any state-level engineering entrance exam as per AKTU guidelines. Direct admission also available.

Lateral Entry

Diploma / B.Sc. — 2nd Year Entry

3-year Engineering Diploma holders from UP with 45% (40% SC/ST) or B.Sc. with Mathematics at 12th level eligible for lateral entry to 2nd year.

Note: As per AKTU guidelines. SC/ST candidates are eligible for mark relaxation. Lateral entry through JEE Main / CUET UG / AKTU counselling or institute direct admission.
